I don’t want to make the next great banner ad, I want to make the next great installation that takes over a building, something that people can interact with. I don't want to take the pictures myself (though I could), I want to work with the right awe-inspiring photographer for the project.

And, it’s got to look good. No, great.

Love working with amazing creative talent; I feel I’ve got a knack for getting great things out of collaborations without the clashing of egos. 

A few things I believe:

  • Good design does not overcome the lack of a good idea. It just delays the exposure of not having a good idea.
  • UX is more way more than 2 letters and some wireframes; it truly is a user's experience and it matters.
  • Better things happen with collaboration. Without exception (at least in the creative realm).
  • Scraping mussels off a rock at the coast, cooking them with olive oil, garlic and white wine, is one of the simple and best things in life.  Don't forget the bread.
